2. April 2001 -- July 2002 Tiantong Online Finance Company, a subsidiary of Tiantong Securities, engaged in securities investment analysis and research.

3. From August 2002 to now, Law School of Nanchang University, engaged in the teaching and researching of commercial law and economic law
